OK... so facebook and xanga have like teamed up or something. Anyways, it means that xanga isn't such a waste anymore and tori can be happy. So here I am at good 'ol Case Western Reserve Universtiy- the most powerful learning environment in the world... haha that is supposedly our slogan or whatever, how sad. Anyways, I have made it through the first two weeks rather well. ok here is my happy room in pictures: 
So there it is... somehow our room is seriously the smallest ever... everyone else's is soooo much bigger, but i just keep telling myself it's cozy. It seems to be working. I like my room. The left side is mine by the way. I have yet to get a picture of my roomate, Sarah... everyone here is kinda camera shy... except brian as you'll see later. Anyways I love Sarah so much. She is hilarious and says such funny things... and she brought a huge picture of Johnny depp and Capt. Jack Sparrow and claims to be pirate. So i love her... haha 
There's my bed... with 4 pillows... which everyone makes fun of me for but they also have no problem using them... and notice the posters... our plan is to have the walls covered with posters by the end of the year... it's gonna work I promise. 
Here is my happy desk... it keeps me entertained... notice the essentials: The iPod and dock, the huge screen on which we watch movies, and the awesome orange ping-pong ball. Around here, if you want to play ping-pong you have to steal the ball in advance while no one is looking. That way, you can play whenever you want because no one can use the table without the ball. It might sound mean, but Alex and i are pretty serious about our games of ultimate ping pong. So everyone around here freaks out whenever a camera comes out... and I think this picture might explain why: 
No one knows how to work a camera... or at least alex doesn't... however brian is camera happy like me... and most of the pictures you'll see were taken/stolen from him... But I promis you all I will start using my camera and get pictures of PEOPLE soon... so jen, steph, bobby, sarah, erin, and all the rest of you watch out! I have discovered the utter greatness of napping... It's pretty much my life. 
At some point Brian took this picture... who knows when because I nap alot. 
We also nap outside, however it has recently been interrupted by the Air Show that's going on... basically that just means lots of really loud jets flying really low and close by resulting in it constantly sound like we're under attack. But the planes were cool and now it is over. 
But the air show was cool and yesterday I went with Brian to lake erie to watch it and that was cool... We also went jetskiing and got extremely wet which was somewhat unpleasant but still very fun... here we are BEFORE being soaked... 
Anyways... random facts from college: 1. Some of the teachers here are absolutely certifiably insane... One of the physics professors actually ATE and entire huge stick of chalk in the middle of class... I wish I could show you guys the video clip of it from MediaVision, but you have to be a case student to view lecture videos... seriously it's crazy. 2. I love the fact that there is this period of time where you can get breakfast or lunch or both... especially if you wake up at around 11:00 or so on the weekends... nothing like grilled cheese and pancakes as a meal 3. Music Listening is the best class ever. Seriously it sounds silly, but if you can, take it! it's awesome 4. I hate stairs. I hate climbing to the fourth floor to get to my room. I hate going up 6 flights of stairs to get to my SAGES class (which by the way is the worst class in the world, more on that later). This might sound like complaining, but it's not. Due to these stairs I've actually lost weight since I've gotten here...
